According to James Miller, INIRA’s President, “I have met so many independent artists and bands over the years who were amazing and talented beyond belief, however, they were much weaker on the business and marketing side of the industry.” Our goal is to assist independent artists and bands with promotion, connections on an international level, sales and distribution services both online and retail, marketing (traditional and new media),  public relations consulting and services, on-line and traditional booking services for concerts, events, festivals, gigs, advertising and marketing initiatives, online distribution and sales of digital tracks, actively seek new markets and new opportunities internationally, assist on music video production and consulting, book promotional gigs, represent your interests when going after individuals and companies for fair compensation and online and offline monitoring of individuals and companies infringing on your rights and stealing from you through pirating your works.  These are just a few of the services that we offer. Miller has worked in many areas of the entertainment industry from motion pictures, international television shows, music videos, transportation, script writing and development and has a special  passion for music.  Some of his business clients include:  Reba, Celine Dion, Metallica, Bob Dylan, Sting, U2, Keith Richards, Guns ‘N Roses, Robert Goulet, Neil Diamond, Andrew Dice Clay, Harry Connick, Melissa Ethridge, Genesis, Juno Awards, Slam City Jam, Music West and others too numerous to mention.  INIRA is a sponsor of this year’s Canadian Country Music Association’s (CCMA) Country Music Week.  I will be flying into Vancouver to meet and mingle and would love the opportunity to get together with you and discuss opportunities.  INIRA is currently under discussions with the USO office negotiating an Independent’s tour of Afghanistan and Iraq in the late October-November timeframe to support the troops.  Other projects in the works to support the U.S. and Canadian troops include an artists’ CD and a North American tour.  If you are interested in getting involved, please contact us.
