to get connected and be heard. Although we are technically
acting as an OMD (online music distributor) we take great
strides in evolving as a an on line music promoter (OMP). Though we can not guarantee artists success, we can however,
provide you with a full complements of tools, resources
and caring environment in which you can grow and promote
your music. Its your musical career, YOU must take control of it.

Artistlaunch.com requires 5 Cds as inventory in order to have plenty of merchandise on stock. Additionally, we open one of the Cds and use it as the setup copy for digitizing of CD jacket covers (JPG), creation of MP3 (320kbps/192kbps). You can always check how much inventory we have on hand by logging in to your Artist ADMIN page of the site. We will also send you and email when your inventory is low so that you know to keep us fully stocked! |

PRIVACY AND RETURN POLICY :- Don’t
lose any valuable sleep wondering if your personal information
will fall into the hands of evil telemarketers or spam-fanatics!!!
We will NEVER-EVER-EVER sell your personal information
and we won’t give it away either. The artists themselves
are the only people other than Artistlaunch that know
who is buying their music.
CREDIT CARD PRIVACY :- Your credit
card information is never stored by Artistlaunch. Period.
It is sent via secure server and after the sale, it is
erased.
PAYMENT OPTIONS AND RETURN POLICY :-
You can currently make a payment using VISA, MASTERCARD,
PAYPAL, or MONEY ORDER. No cash or personal checks please.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE :- Artislaunch.com
reserves the right to terminate service for any reason.
We are reasonable people but consistent lack of inappropriate
product and or service on the part of the artists will
be looked on seriously. We are not high school principals
around here…but we do care A LOT about the products we
represent and to the fans we represent it to.
OUR NON-EXCLUSIVE USE :- By agreeing
with the said terms the artist hereby grants to Artistlaunch.com,
LLC(the right to sellyour downloadable music or CD in
whichever, format or business model that honors your selling
price yet allows us to promote your music over various
venues, events, digital stores and, or physical stores.
Our goal is to act ethically, whie we pursue partnering
opportunities that will allow us to promote you and your
music online.
Your are herby granting us permission to :-
- Scan and digitize your artwork
- Digitally convert your music to MP3 for download distribution
(if needed)
- Grant us the non-exclusive right to distribute, display,
reproduce, transmit and retransmit through any distribution
medium of our choosing, electronic and other wise to the
buying public. We may also retransmit and reproduce your
images, recordings and other marketing material for purpose
of sales promotion and marketing campaigns.
You are granting to Artistlaunch the use of your songs,
publishing and Cds on a non-exclusive basis. YOU ALWAYS
RETAIN ALL OF YOUR OWNERSHIP, Publishing Rights of your
songs/recordings and publishing.
You are also granting Artistlaunch the right and permission
to distribute your image, likeness, music, songs, photographs
and merchandise on a non-exclusive basis. |
